Heather Kuba has 14 years of professional experience working in contracting for the United States Air Force. She currently serves as a Senior Procurement Data Analyst providing data analytics and acquisition metrics for the Department of the Air Force Office of Small Business. Heather’s responsibilities include executing the overall functions of the Department of the Air Force Office of Small Business Programs in all areas that involve planning for Information Technology, enterprise data analysis, business intelligence, and necessary analytic deployment, utilization, standardization, and training of related program segments with Air and Space stakeholders.
Ms. Kuba leads studies, conducts analysis, and performs other work associated with maintaining maximum best practices of all DAF Small Business data strategies. She establishes metrics through analysis of data from relevant acquisition/contracting/small business/financial information systems to assess small business program performance and compliance across the DAF, inclusive of MAJCOMs/Field Commands/FOAs/DRUs.
