RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Resources in Response to the Novel Coronavirus

In response to COVID-19, the Department of Defense is prioritizing the protection of our forces—including service members and their dependents, civilians, and contractors—maintaining mission readiness, and supporting the whole-of-government effort to fight this virus.  The Department’s latest updates on COVID-19 are available HERE.

I AM A BUSINESS AND WOULD LIKE TO REPORT A CHANGE IN OPERATIONS DUE TO COVID-19

The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) is monitoring changes to the status of operations within the defense industrial base.  Please email DCMA at dcma.lee.hq.mbx.covid19-industry-inquiry-inbox@mail.mil to report any specific operational impacts to better inform our mission.

Please include the name of the company; location and/or mailing address; CAGE code (if known); government programs potentially impacted; description of impact (e.g., closure, production degradation, etc.);  and an appropriate point of contact for follow-ups.

I WOULD LIKE MORE GUIDANCE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE IN RELATION TO COVID-19 AND THE DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL BASE.

The Department’s latest updates on COVID-19 are available HERE.

I AM A SMALL BUSINESS IMPACTED BY COVID-19. WHAT RESOURCES CAN HELP ME?

I AM A MANUFACTURER OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

Please see this request for information (RFI) from the Defense Logistics Agency, which is conducting market research on industry capabilities for PPE that protects against viral contamination, specifically COVID-19.

I HAVE SUPPLIES TO DONATE OR SELL

FEMA’s How to Help page includes a series of email addresses for companies that are willing to sell or donate medical supplies, produce products related to the COVID-19 response, and have non-medical supplies, services or equipment.
