MISSION: To maximize small business opportunities within Air Force acquisitions, thereby (a) promoting efficiencies and innovation, (b) fostering competition, and (c) expanding the defense industrial base.

The Air Force Mentor Protégé Program (MPP) Office is seeking eligible mentors for participation in the Department of Defense (DoD) MPP through this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA).

Small Business Programs

SBIR DoD’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program invests more than $1 billion each year in small business technology.	WOSB The Air Force Office of Small Business Programs is committed to providing the most effective and innovative methods of assistance to meet the needs of Women-Owned Small Businesses.	MENTOR PROTEGE Eligible small businesses have the ability to develop their qualifications and ability to compete for prime contracts and subcontract awards by partnering with large businesses.
HUBZONE Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) is an economically distressed area as determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA).	8(a) A small disadvantaged business is a small firm owned by one or more individuals who are socially and economically disadvantaged. APTAC Conferences typically draw 250-300 PTAC professionals from around the country. We welcome individuals, organizations and vendors that can bring additional value to PTAC training.
