VISION:  Create a culture that looks to small businesses first for innovative, agile, and affordable solutions to meet our warfighter needs.

MISSION:  To maximize small business opportunities within Air Force acquisitions, thereby (a) promoting efficiencies and innovation, (b) fostering competition, and (c) expanding the defense industrial base.

HUBZONE

Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) is an economically distressed area as determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

8(a)

A small disadvantaged business is a small firm owned by one or more individuals who are socially and economically disadvantaged.
